The Hotline believes in the importance of its website being easy to access and accessible for everyone. Therefore we continuously make efforts to ensure that our website is compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA standard.

We have striven to ensure that our website functions in the background in a way that everyone can use it easily and without barriers. As part of this, we have made every effort to use all ARIA attributes in accordance with the guidelines, and we have also made the structure and content of the HTML document accessible.

We have made the necessary settings to ensure that the screen reader can read aloud the content of the website in the correct order. Additionally, the whole of the website has been made navigable using the keyboard. To enable everyone to read our contents, in designing the website we made sure that the contrast ratios and magnification defined by the standard as well as sufficiently large font size and line spacing were used.

Our website is safe for everyone to use as excessive animation or quick flashes do not appear on it.

Child-friendly content

Our aim is to make our website easily accessible also to minors. To this end, all content on the website is written in child-friendly language.
